Every Thursday starting June 13, 2019 until August 22, 2019 Evangeline will be serving its locally world famous Fried Chicken Dinners To Go for the Concerts in the Park. Here a link to the list of the concerts: https://visitcalistoga.com/venue/calistoga-concerts-in-the-park/

For four years Evangeline has provided the extremely popular Fried Chicken Dinners, complete with three fresh seasonal side dishes and all the utensils you need to have the perfect picnic. Pick up is at 6 pm each Thursday in front of the restaurant which is a short walk from the Pioneer Park.

Please order your dinners ahead of time as they sell out very quickly.

We will be offering three seatings: 10am, 12pm, and 2pm. Space is limited. 

Our celebration will include these food stations:

-cocktail shrimp
-scrambled eggs, bacon, breakfast sausage, hash browns
-buttermilk fried chicken
-eggs florentine (english muffin, spinach, poached egg, hollandaise sauce)
-fruit, granola, yogurt
-assortment of fresh pastries
-buttermilk waffles, maple syrup
-smoked salmon, brioche, cream cheese, capers, cucumbers, hard boiled eggs
-seasonal vegetables
-seasonal salad
-ice cream sundaes, toppings
-Orange juice, Grapefruit juice, coffee.

Celebrate Mardi Gras like a ragin' Cajun at Evangeline

On Saturday, March 9, 2019, We'll celebrate the last feast before lent with a family-friendly bacchanal featuring our fried chicken, gumbo ya-ya, oysters, shrimp boil, etouffee, oysters, bananas foster, abita beers, sazerac, and more. This walk-around, festival-style event will also feature live music by The Wild Catahoulas from 5-10pm. 

In the event of rain, our patio will be fully tented.

Admission is $30 ( includes 3 food tickets)

Limited VIP Pass available (Unlimited Food and Drink) at $100.00

Drink and food tickets are $7.

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with us! Special Chef’s Tasting menu plus a champagne Toast $65 per person

Amuse Bouche

Tomato Tartare: Cured Bruno Rosso and Campari tomatoes with celery salt, Dijon mustard, parsley, capers, black onion seeds and fried black olives served with rustic baguette crostinis.

Appetizer

 Tagliatelle Al`Ubriacco: Tagliatelle pasta cooked in merlot served with guanciale, prosciutto San Daniele, soft cooked egg and arugula all topped with freshly grated Parmiggiano Romano.

Option for main CHOICE OF:

Sous-Vide Cod and Beet pure: Soft cooked Ling Cod served on a creamy beet pure with sauté yellow wax beans, confit zima tomatoes, crème fraiche, egg yolk, caviar and gremolata.

Short Ribs and Cipolline: 24hr Braised beef short ribs on Barolo and sauce, served with purple potato pie, pomme mousseline, roasted cipollinis and arugula.

Burnt Carrot: Burnt wood carrot overnight served with red gritz, pea and mint salad, honey dressing, apple and raspberry gel , brined tiny vegetables and micro fire sticks.

Dessert

Soft Chocolate Bar: Soft Valhrona chocolate bar served with pink apple chips, huckleberry syrup and sweet mascarpone and wild berry soft mousse.

Regular Menu will also be available all weekend as per usual.
